Despite running in terrible weather conditions I still had a really fun time at this race. The start was good, nice fun energy to get us going. The course was a beautiful one but very poorly marked. When running a trail race you should never have to "guess" which direction to go. I had to pull out my phone in the rain twice to get turn by turn directions (which were provided), but it was a really big inconvenience and takes time away from my race. All that we had to go off of were VERY small ribbons on trees...arrows or actual signage would have been great.
