The most difficult race I have ever ran. I had to push myself beyond my limits just to finish the course. had a cramp the last 2 miles and the last half mile i limped to completion. Thank golly for all the finisher expo goodies. My favorite part was the post race massage.

Difficult race but completed.

Train harder. Go actually a full 13 miles when you are training.

Overall really scenic run through Golden Gate park. T-shirt was not a tech tee. Lots of aid stations throughout run
